As I am dropping Hinamori, the following updates will need to be made:

- Housing: remove "Momo Hinamori" and "plum_that_snaps" from the list of residents of the house she stayed at with Hitsugaya and Byakuya

- Businesses: the IC Contact link for Siren's Flowers should be removed, as I will no longer be responding to comments for the shop. Also her name should be taken off the list of employees.

- Jobs: remove the listing for Momo Hinamori.

Description:It was a bright and vibrant bistro with a wine and coffee bar, and a gourmet food shop as well. When the second owner and chef, Rain, disappeared from the port (and the waitstaff had been dwindling long before that) Yosuke wasn't around to help in time. As a result, the food in the coolers spoilt. Since Yosuke is still young and has very little idea of what it takes to run a business, until the Cat's Eye gets back on it's feet, the <a href="http://reflectedstasis.livejournal.com/2189.html">former menu</a> will not be served.

Instead there will be the gourmet espresso drinks, specialty teas, wines and cocktails that Cat's Eye customers know and love. Pastries will be available, and the gourmet grocery items will be brought back as soon as possible, with the dry goods like spices and pickled items already in stock still available. Until further notice, food items will only be served as specialties on days when visiting chefs are available.
Job Openings:Nearly all positions need to be filled, however for the time being there isn't any pay involved, so anyone in desperate need of a job will want to give this place a miss until it's going strongly again.

Description: The outside looks like <a href=http://i.imgur.com/3V2h6.jpg>this</a>, while the interior looks like <a href=http://i.imgur.com/JEl0Z.jpg>this</a>. It's a small shop with the service counter fairly close to the entrance. There is a back entrance to a small storage area. It is loosely affiliated with the greenhouse, in that some of the proceeds go to maintaining the greenhouse for the other inhabitants of the city. Mostly women enter, though sometimes the occasional husband/fiance will wander in looking for help.
Job Openings: Contact the manager (aka Ino) to set up an interview for being a delivery person, a flower arranger/waterer, or security. Pay is minimum wage plus unlimited sick days, free lunches, and free lessons on flower meanings and arrangements~
Other Notes: Arrangements are fairly cheap, and the prices are set. <a href=http://i.imgur.com/TDc8Z.jpg>Here</a> are the prices. This is displayed on the inside of the door, on the wall behind the counter, and on the back door facing the inside of the store.

Description: The shop looks rather small on the outside, but it's tidy and the darkness proofing has obviously just been recently updated. On the inside, it looks larger than one would have expected. Employees might notice that the back room is larger than should reasonably be possible. This is due to Xellos and Phibrizzo's magic warping the dimensional space.

The shop sells amulets with spells put in them that a non-magic using person can cast.  The amulets can be refilled for a fee, and the prices vary according to the size and type of gem, as well as the potency and type of magic.  Also available are sets for "brass rackets", a game that uses magic rackets in a way that's like a cross between UFC and tennis.  Various other items (candles, etc.) are also available.

Job Openings: Hiring shop clerks - magical knowledge is an asset but not a requirement. 
Other Notes: The shop's name is pre-emptively trolling people who might come from their world.

Hours of Business:Summer: 8.30am-12pm, 1pm-7.30pm, Winter: 8.30am-12pm, 1pm-4.30pm
Description: A small, compact office on the third floor of a purpose built concrete building put up in the eighties. The room is functional, with wide glass windows seperated by vast swathes of plain grey wall. There's no point seeing outside because a much older building - a hotel - stands opposite, cutting off the daylight for most of the day. The narrow alley below, because of the lack of light, suffers a lot from lawlessness, and as a result there are very heavy locks on the door. Unless entered with a key, the office has to be called to buzz open the door on the ground floor. The lift is out of service, and has been since the year it was put up, when the cables were cut and three people died. Behind the door and inside the main office, the scene is drab, cheered up with only a green plant by one of the heavily blinded windows (Phoenix is scared of heights). There are lots of filing cabinets and a very old looking computer on a very tired looking desk. The reception room is filled with bookshelves covered with law books, a plush, comfortable looking sofa, coffee machine and a table with old magazines and newspapers. Clients are made comfortable, the cutbacks only sting the people who work there--that's one of Mia's rules.
Job Openings: The Fey & Co Law Office is open to applications from any defense attorneys, and currently is looking to hire a second clerk. It can offer temporary pay for investigators, but does much of its work charitably, with employees supported by the Newcomer Fund and not afforded much in the way of luxuries. 
It also offers unpaid work experience and internships for law students- though lunch and travel expenses will be subsidized. 
Other Notes:Fey & Co was founded by Apollo Justice and Phoenix Wright in mid-2010 under the name of Wright and Co, and was inherited by Mia Fey in August 2012 after Phoenix Wright's departure from the city of Siren's Port. It offers free defense for Newcomers if they find themselves accused of criminal deeds or if they are sued, and free legal advice in other matters including soliciting (residential laws, deeds, wills etc.) As it's supported by a charitable fund, the onus is on the client to in turn support the Newcomer Fund when they are able, rather than being required to pay hefty legal fees.

 A lovely shop which has been constructed with specifications to look as identical as possible to the one in Ba Sing Se. There is a nice courtyard with a fountain leading up to the entrance, and several smaller buildings, one which is used for tea storage. There is another building closer by which can be rented out, which has a nice meeting room, with fine rich wood throughout in a very elegant and spacious arrangement.

There are several rooms which can be used to stay overnight as needed. Another room serves as a minature green house to cultivate some of the plants necessary for tea. Finally there is a water purifiying station which provides clean water throughout the facility to all of the locations. All of the buildings are interconnected using underground passages which are all darkness proofed, and have special keys.

Description: Though it started off in a smaller building, the Xino E. Mao Corporation now operates from out of a tower -- not as tall as the central AGI building, but close enough. The surrounding area is neat and well-kept, and the structure itself is sleek and angular in an elegant sort of way. The entrance is large and welcoming, the receptionist smooth and polite, and the company <a href="http://img-cache.cdn.gaiaonline.com/eef1d3d1ba74c57d1f03558dee7450f4/http://i50.photobucket.com/albums/f304/Malus_X/nobody.png">insignia</a> is etched onto the tile floor. There are multiple levels and offices, and most of what occurs during the day is strictly legitimate.
Job Openings: There are jobs! Maintenance, secretarial work, public relations positions, and skilled fighters willing to brave the darkness are always welcome here!
Other Notes: Little-known fact- the Xino E. Mao Corporation's tower sits over an underground lab and holding area known only as "the Locker". Employees staying later after hours may here strange sounds from time to time, but it has yet to be discovered.

Location: In a very nice part of Sector 1, close to the schools
Affiliation: AGI. After all the years Jinx has spent building rapport with (mostly playing a bimonthly poker game with) the AGI higher ups, some are trusting her with their children. Some of them have put a lot of money into this academy.
Hours of Business: After school hours and weekends. Longer hours in the summer.
Description: The studio is beautiful. There are plenty of windows to let in natural light, with steel shutters for Darkness proofing. The walls are covered with mirrors, without the place looking sterile. To the side of the studio is a large office for the owner herself. Upstairs, there are two large dressing rooms, for both boys and girls, with several smaller private rooms. From the outside, the building has a fresh coat of paint. It looks very welcoming. The sign is written in beautiful cursive and the entire building has a swan motif. Some of Sander Cohen's less grotesque pieces of art are displayed throughout the building.
Job Openings: Assistant dance instructors, with modest pay.
Other Notes: The academy was founded by Jinx, who is trained in several forms of classical dance and starred in many stage productions at Felton. Due to severe injuries that keep her from performing like she once did, she has decided to teach. Having lost her own daughter, to whom this school is dedicated, she will do anything to keep her students safe.
